Help Build a Space Where Teens Can Grow in Confidence Through Creativity
PhotoArtGraphy exists to help teens build confidence, express themselves, and discover their voice through photography, acting, comedy, modeling, magic, and ventriloquism.
Right now, that work happens through mobile sessions and small workshops in homes and local spaces across Southern York County, Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland.
But there is a larger vision.
A future where this work has a permanent home – and where more teens can be reached, supported, and encouraged than ever before.
The Vision We Are Building Toward
The long-term dream for PhotoArtGraphy is to create a dedicated creative space – a facility where teens can come to learn, grow, and develop confidence in a consistent, supportive environment.
A place that would allow for:
- expanded teen workshops and creative classes
- small group and individualized instruction
- additional trained instructors in the future
- a structured, safe space for creative expression
- scholarship-supported participation for teens in need
This vision is about more than just a building.
It’s about access.
It’s about opportunity.
And it’s about helping every teen who wants to grow in confidence have the chance to do so.
Why Support Is Needed
Building something like this takes time, resources, and community support.
At this stage, support would help in two primary areas:
1. Scholarships for Teen Workshops
Not every family is in a position to afford specialized creative instruction, even when a teen is eager to participate.
Scholarship support would allow teens from all backgrounds to access:
- photography workshops
- acting and comedy training
- modeling and performance development
- magic and ventriloquism instruction
- confidence-building creative experiences
No teen with motivation should be left out due to finances.
2. Future Creative Space Development
As the program grows, the next step is securing a dedicated rental facility.
Support in this area would help make it possible to:
- establish a consistent creative home for workshops
- expand programming and class availability
- create a more structured learning environment
- serve more teens across the region
This is a long-term vision, built step by step.
Current Status
PhotoArtGraphy is currently a DBA of Sozo Firm Inc and operates as a for-profit business.
At this time, contributions are not tax-deductible.
However, any support provided goes directly toward helping expand access to creative, confidence-building opportunities for teens and moving the vision forward.
