At PhotoArtGraphy, photography and videography are not built around one-size-fits-all packages. Every session or project is personalized around the people involved, the location, the creative vision, and what you ultimately want to preserve or create.
Whether you are planning senior portraits, children’s or family photography, a dance session, an event, commercial imagery, or a creative video project, the goal is to create an experience that feels relaxed, personal, and genuinely suited to you.
Most photography sessions take place outdoors or at a location meaningful to you. As a mobile photography and videography business based in New Freedom, Pennsylvania, PhotoArtGraphy can work at parks, farms, downtown areas, dance studios, private properties, businesses, schools, churches, event venues, and other locations throughout Southern Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland.
What Should I Expect to Invest?
We believe it is helpful to provide enough pricing information for you to determine whether PhotoArtGraphy may be a good fit before you contact us. At the same time, we do not want to force every client or creative idea into a predetermined package.
The prices below are therefore intended as starting investments. Your actual investment may vary depending upon session length, locations, travel, photography or filming requirements, editing, deliverables, and the overall scope of your project.
If you have an idea but aren’t sure exactly what type of session or coverage you need, that’s completely fine. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll help you explore the possibilities.
Portrait & Creative Photography
Signature Photography Sessions — Starting at $350
Personalized photography for individuals, couples, children, families, dancers, models, athletes, and other creative portrait sessions. Sessions are planned around your personality, location, and ideas and include professionally edited digital images.
Extended Signature Sessions — Starting at $450
A good fit when you would like additional session time, multiple outfits, nearby locations, or a more extensive collection of photographs.
Senior Portrait Photography
Senior Portrait Sessions — Starting at $450
Senior sessions are personalized around the senior rather than built from a rigid formula. Depending upon the session, we can incorporate meaningful locations, outfit changes, hobbies, sports, music, vehicles, creative concepts, and other elements that help the photographs feel personal.
For families interested in preserving even more of the senior’s personality and this season of life, video clips or a separate senior highlight film may also be available.
Creative Video & Highlight Films
Video Add-Ons to Select Photography Sessions — Starting at $250
Short video clips can sometimes be captured alongside a photography session and edited into a simple keepsake or social media video.
Senior, Family, Dance, Model & Athlete Highlight Films — Starting at $650
Standalone creative highlight films may incorporate planning, filming, movement, natural or recorded audio when appropriate, music, editing, and digital delivery.
Because video projects can vary considerably in filming requirements and post-production, more involved projects are individually quoted.
Event Photography & Videography
Every event has a different rhythm, schedule, size, location, and purpose. A small family celebration may require only limited coverage, while a school event, community fundraiser, performance, nonprofit gathering, corporate event, or large celebration may involve several hours of photography and a much broader range of moments to capture.
Professional event photography typically begins around $200 per hour, with the final quote based upon the event and coverage requested.
Event highlight videos and combined photography/video projects are quoted according to the amount of filming, editing, audio requirements, event length, and desired final deliverables.
Rather than asking you to choose from a rigid event package, we’ll discuss what is happening, what matters most to you, and how much coverage makes sense.
Wedding Photography
Wedding Photography — Starting at $2,500
Wedding photography is customized around the needs of each couple. Coverage may include engagement photography, wedding-day coverage, professionally edited digital images, and a curated gallery of photographs documenting the day.
Because weddings can differ substantially in schedule, venue, coverage time, travel, and desired deliverables, we provide a personalized quote after learning more about your plans.
Commercial Photography & Videography
Commercial assignments are individually quoted based upon the scope and intended use of the project rather than treated as a simple hourly commodity.
PhotoArtGraphy works with businesses and organizations on projects such as professional headshots, branding photography, product photography, real estate imagery, website photography, promotional content, social media imagery, testimonial videos, organizational videos, brand stories, and other commercial photography and videography needs.
Commercial projects can vary dramatically in planning, equipment, locations, photography or filming time, editing, licensing and final deliverables. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish and we can recommend an approach and provide a customized quote.
Why We Don’t Use One-Size-Fits-All Packages
Two clients asking for the same general type of photography may actually need very different things.
A senior may want a relaxed outdoor session at one meaningful location, while another may envision several outfits, multiple locations, sports photographs, and a short video. A community organization may need two hours of candid event coverage, while a business may need carefully planned photographs and video content for an entire marketing campaign.
We would rather understand what you are trying to create first and recommend an appropriate approach than sell everyone the same package.
That flexibility is an important part of the PhotoArtGraphy experience.
What Is Included?
Standard photography sessions include professionally edited, high-quality digital images that can be downloaded and printed. The specific number and type of images may vary based upon the session or project.
Video projects include professionally edited digital video files delivered in an agreed-upon format. Depending upon the project, video production may involve planning, filming, audio, music selection or licensing, editing, color adjustments, file preparation, and other post-production work.
Additional Considerations
Travel fees may apply for sessions located more than approximately 20 miles from New Freedom, Pennsylvania. Expedited turnaround may be available when photographs or video are needed quickly.
Prints, canvases, albums, additional images, additional video edits, extended coverage, additional locations, and other options may also be available depending upon the project.
And if you have an unusual creative idea that doesn’t fit neatly into one of the categories above, please ask. Some of the most interesting photography and video projects begin with an idea rather than a package.
